STACO LTD a agency company selling fertilizers in Mbozi District, has closed today by officials from ministry of Agriculture who accompanied with security and policy departments.
One of official from Ministry of Agriculture department from the DADPS Coordination unit said, they were directed by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture who adhockly visited last week and found the company operating illegally

according to the sources, the STACO company is no longer operating in Tanzania after being expelled by the Govermnment in few years ago following failure to meet conditions and regulations guiding fertilizer business.
In his visit, Deputy Minister Dr Malima picked up two bags as a sample and directed its subordinateds in ministry to conduct through inspection in the companies stock to verify whether such stock is properly followed condition,
